Is Printville a local business or is it a franchise?
Printville is NOT a franchise. YES, we are still local. Our location in Mary Esther is staffed by local employees and we still own the same building. Image Printing, now Printville, is built on decades of experience based right here along the Emerald Coast.

 

Is the business shutting down, closing or changing?
We remain open for business as usual – just like the past 40 years! Our location in Mary Esther is located in the same location! We have local staff and will continue to grow our product and service offering.
Will my current credit terms be honored at Printville?
Yes, we are honoring all current credit terms. In an effort to keep the blending of systems smooth, please visit https://printville.net/accountsetupform/ to establish your account with us “officially”.
Will my portal system still be available?
Yes! We are still processing orders from existing web portals. You’ll be glad to know that these portals will be blended into the Printville portal platform that allows for more customization, scalability, security, and ease of use.

 

Are prices changing / increasing?
In most cases, pricing will remain the same and in some cases you may see a savings due to larger production capabilities and economies of scale at Printville. Our industry has experienced significant inflation over the past few years, so if your order was placed some time ago there could be modest increases.

 

Will you still have access to our files and order history?
All of your order history and files are quickly accessible by our customer service staff. If you can provide us with your order number or Company name, we can swiftly access that information.

 

Will my order be produced locally?
Yes – our local staff will handle local orders – as usual.  Rush timing on your print order is not an issue – we can print immediately in our local store if necessary. We also will have the ability to process your order regionally if you require fulfillment or distribution.
Where is the customer service team located?
Printville has a customer service team located here in the Emerald Coast as well as a regional team covering the Southeast to handle phones and email inquiries – so you always have a quick response and a friendly voice to assist you with your needs.

 

Will my order take longer to produce?
Our standard turn-around times remain. In some cases, turnaround times will be reduced due to larger production capabilities and economies of scale at Printville.
