We are grateful to report that all our Printville team members have been located and are safe. Some have left the area with family due to wide spread damage and lack of resources (food/water/power). Our hearts go out to those effected by loss of loved ones, property and continued difficult living conditions in our service areas. Our local communities are beginning to provide additional resources for those in need – such as water, food, etc.
Our North Carolina and South Carolina Printville locations are beginning to regain power and water. Cell phone coverage is still limited in these areas and internet service in North Carolina is still not available. We are answering phones today through 5pm EST. Your patience is appreciated as our connectivity to order information is limited and order timing may be extended on active / future orders. We will provide updates here as they become available.
Please stay safe and we look forward to serving you soon.

To Our Community:
Due to the unprecedented damage caused by Hurricane Helene, we regret to inform our Printville community that our four Western North Carolina locations will be temporarily closed. The storm has left significant impacts, including widespread power outages, lack of water & food supplies, and serious concerns for overall safety in the affected areas.
The safety and well-being of our employees are paramount during this challenging time. We are prioritizing their safety and will continue to closely monitor the situation.
For our valued customers, our WNC locations are currently without power, water, and internet. We expect will be able to assist you as soon as we have access to our essential utilities and regain reliable connectivity. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we navigate this emergency together.
Please stay safe and we look forward to resuming operations as soon as it is safe to do so.
